WHITE FIR HOTELS PRIZE DRAW | TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The prize draw will take place every second month from 06/04/2009 until further notice.

2. A winner will be drawn at random from the valid entries received by us every second month. The first winning entry will be drawn on 01/06/2009 and a further winning entry drawn in the first week of every second month until further notice.

3. No cash alternative is offered and the prize is non-transferable. The winner and runners up will be notified by email. The notification will include details on how the prize can be claimed.

4. The winner shall receive seven nights' accommodation including breakfast in a one bed apartment in the White Fir Hotels Resort, Bansko, Bulgaria.

5. The winning week’s accommodation must be booked within one month of the winner being notified and must be taken within 6 months of notification. Subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6. No purchase necessary. Judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. No employee or the families from M&S Projects, MSI Developments, Forman Wood Marketing Ltd, its agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion may enter the draw.

8. Only one entry permitted per household. Entrants must be 18 or over. No bulk or third party entries accepted.

9. To the fullest extent permitted by law M&S Projects, MSI Developments and Forman Wood Marketing Ltd can accept no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to prize winners or their property as a result of accepting the prize. Winner and runners up are responsible for arranging all flights, meals, ski passes (where necessary) travel and holiday insurance.

10. White Fir Hotels Resort, its management companies and associated companies may contact you occasionally. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time.

11. White Fir Hotels Hotel Resort is owned and managed by M&S Projects and their subsidiary UK company, MSI Developments.
